Marco Antonio “Tony” Ramos, founding partner of M.A. Ramos & Associates, is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice law. He is a native Texan, born in Laredo, Texas practicing law since 1976. Immigration Lawyer Tony Ramos is a man who highly values virtue, integrity and justice.

Attorney Ramos earned his bachelor of Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin in 1972. He received his Juris Doctor from the University Of Houston School Of Law in 1975. Attorney Ramos commenced his career practicing real estate and bankruptcy law. Thereafter, decided to focus his practice primarily to immigration law. In just over ten years, he has successfully handled thousands of immigration cases, success acquired thanks to his support staff, which are highly experienced and trained to assist him.

Attorney Ramos is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association (AILA) and the State Bar of Texas.

One of his greatest passions is playing golf; he also devotes himself to his community, being that he empathizes with people’s needs. As he expresses in his own words, family “is the center of society,” and considers M.A. Ramos & Associates one great family in service of their clients.

Elizabeth Villalpando is licensed to practice law by the District of Columbia since 2009 and has also met the legal guidelines to practice law in Mexico since 2003. She serves as the "Business Visa Manager" at the firm, focusing her practice on all immigration related matters. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Elizabeth moved to Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, when she was a young child, and she was raised there.

Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s of law from the Pan American University School of Law, Guadalajara, Mexico in 2002. She became a founding partner at Sánchez, Villalpando & Associates, in Guadalajara, Mexico in 2001. At Sánchez, Villalpando & Asociados, Elizabeth focused her practice solely on immigration law, handling nonimmigrant visas and immigrant visas. She managed this successful practice for six years, before she returned to the United States

Elizabeth earned a double Masters in Law from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2009 and 2010, focusing on American Legal Studies and International and Comparative Law. While at St. Mary’s University School of Law, Elizabeth was a student attorney at the Immigration and Human Rights clinic, where she attended master calendar hearings at the Immigration Courthouse and conducted extensive legal research. She also worked at De Mott, McChesney, Curtright & Armendariz, LLP, where she prepared visa application packets and performed legal research on immigration related matters.

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling. She is completely fluent in both Spanish and English.

fausto-falzone

Fausto Falzone completed his Bachelor of Arts from the Florida International University in 2001 and his Juris Doctor Degree from Saint Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida in 2005. Fausto is licensed to practice law in Maine and Florida and can represent clients anywhere in the United States in all immigration matters. A member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Fausto believes in honest, dedicated, and zealous representation of his clients.

Fausto started his career working as an in-house Immigration Attorney for an International Agency where he handled all immigration matters for their foreign personnel. He has also worked for immigration law firms in Boston and Miami and was a solo practitioner in Miami, Florida for two years. Because Fausto has focused his practice exclusively in Immigration Law, he has handled numerous cases and has achieved favorable results in very difficult cases.

Fausto is committed to his clients and is passionate about Immigration Law. He was born and raised in Argentina and his family is originally from Italy. As an immigrant and son of immigrants he relates well to his clients, fights zealously for them, and knows firsthand what it is like going through the process. Fausto is bilingual in English and Spanish and has working knowledge of Italian, Portuguese, and French.

Fausto has represented clients before the immigration courts of Massachusetts, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. He has handled a wide variety of immigration cases including; simple immigrant visa petitions, naturalization applications, and deportation proceedings. Fausto is proud of serving the immigrant community and looks forward to helping however he can.
